After creating an account, you can explore the catalogue, follow official references, save opportunities, record private notes and track your own bid stages. Public resource guides explain how to read an RFP, assess a bid or no-bid decision, and check cross-border requirements.

An imported source notice is a starting point, not a completed qualification assessment. Buyer country, budget currency, delivery location, remote-work arrangements and bidder eligibility answer different questions. Missing information stays unconfirmed; a category match never establishes that your business can bid.

Clear access, clear boundaries

The public directory may preview the service category, buyer country, currency, source platform and closing date of up to two current opportunities.
