Leeds is an independent discovery and bid-tracking product for public-sector digital work. We surface selected official-source notices and keep missing information visible. We are not affiliated with SAM.gov or CanadaBuys.
Official sources, selected coverage
Our source integrations target SAM.gov for US federal notices and CanadaBuys for Canadian procurement notices. Relevance filters focus on web, software, marketing, SEO, content, and design work. A Leeds search is not a complete census of either country’s procurement activity.
Source availability and update timing can vary. When no relevant notice appears here, search the official portal as well. Leeds does not claim that an empty result means no opportunities exist.
Imported notice or reviewed brief?

Imported notices are free to browse. Leeds does not label an imported record as qualified simply because its category matches your services, and we do not generate an eligibility score from missing evidence.
What missing information means
- Budget not publishedNo supported budget is available in the record. We do not replace it with an estimate.
- Delivery or remote work unconfirmedThe available record does not establish the delivery arrangement. Review the scope and ask the buyer through the permitted channel if necessary.
- Eligibility needs reviewAssess supplier restrictions and mandatory conditions for your own business. Neither a country flag nor a saved profile settles this.
- Source timezone unconfirmedDo not assume the displayed closing time is your local time. Verify the timezone in the official instructions before planning submission.
- Official reference searchThe source supplied no usable direct notice link. Search by the displayed reference and match the buyer, title, and dates.
Freshness and changes
Imported-notice discovery excludes records that are closed, expired, or outside the current import freshness window. Saved history can retain a record after it leaves discovery so your own notes and bid decisions remain useful.
A recent import is not proof that every amendment has been reviewed. Check the source again before an important deadline or submission. If the official notice differs from Leeds, rely on the official package.

Your workspace and notifications
A signed-in account lets you store saved opportunities, bid stages, private notes, profile preferences, and alert rules. A bid stage records your work; it does not change the buyer’s process or transmit a proposal.
Scheduled alert delivery is not active yet. Stored alert preferences do not guarantee an email, and Leeds is not a substitute for monitoring the official source. Paid briefs are unavailable until reviewed inventory is published.
Editorial approach
Our resource guides provide practical checklists and link to primary government guidance for platform-specific claims. They are written as Leeds editorial guidance, without invented author credentials or government endorsement. Guide review dates describe an editorial review, not the freshness of every source notice.
For an opportunity question, use the procurement contact and channel in the official solicitation. For a registration question, use the relevant government service desk. The guides do not determine legal, tax, or contracting requirements for a particular business.
