Information connected to your account
When you create an account, your email and authentication information are handled by Supabase. Saved opportunities, bid stages, private notes, profile preferences, and alert rules are stored against your signed-in account. These records support your workspace and are not public opportunity listings.
Connected services
Supabase provides authentication, workspace storage, and backend services. Stripe handles payments when checkout is enabled; Leeds does not ask you to enter card details into its own forms. Resend is configured for email delivery. Saving alert preferences does not currently activate scheduled emails.
Browser storage and account security
The application uses browser storage for the authentication session and interface preferences such as your theme. Use sign out when leaving a shared device. Never put passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or sensitive third-party information into bid notes or support emails.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
You can edit your profile, alert rules, saved opportunities, and notes in the workspace. For help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information, email [email protected]. Describe the request and the account concerned; identity verification may be needed before account information can be changed or disclosed.
Before public launch
The complete policy must identify the operating entity, applicable retention and deletion approach, international processing arrangements, and user rights. No specific retention period or response deadline is promised by this development notice. Avoid entering sensitive business information until the finalized policy is available.
